Marian’s experience spans about 8+ years of recruitment worldwide, from US to Europe to AsiaPac, covering various industries including Consulting, Banking, and Technology. The past 3 years however has been a lot more focused on the Sales and Data space, covering technical roles including Data Science, Data Engineering whilst also looking into sales roles in Tech. I am bringing this experience and capabilities to infuse with Auckland’s network.

Role at RWA

My role at RWA is about fostering a network and relationships within talents – because ultimately, every connection is an opportunity waiting to happen! My role as a consultant also helps people in understanding the best path they can take for their career.

About me

I am a very active person, so travelling, sports and discovering new cultures would be my sweet spot. My personal target over the next few years though is to nail down impressive treks and hikes across New Zealand (and to bring my dog with me if I can) and to finally try snowboarding under the clouds of Aotearoa!
