About Emma
Emma began her career in recruitment during her time spent in London. After returning to New Zealand she developed a career that has now spanned over 20 years, before joining RWA in 2014.

Advice for Employers
Emma believes that flexibility is key when it comes to hiring new staff. As an expert in the IT recruitment field, Emma shared some thoughts with us on the current market and suggests that front end developers, along with UI and UX developers, are currently in high demand.
