Prior Experience

I am extremely passionate about the IT recruitment industry. I was given a chance to work within the IT recruitment market (in the USA and India) for the past three years, working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. This has helped me to build strong relationships with candidates in the IT industry and understand their driving factors. Coming from an HR background, engaging with talent in the market is my top priority.

Role at RWA

My role at RWA is all about sourcing the appropriate talent in the recruitment process. This includes managing candidate relationships, sourcing new talent and talent pooling.

About Me

Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities. You will often find me travelling and exploring new places across New Zealand. On the other hand, you can also see me following cricket and politics across the world.
