Prior Experience
Having worked within luxury hotels in customer oriented positions for just under a decade, It led me to studying the sector at university and traveling around the APAC region for over a year. Since graduating in 2018 I moved to New Zealand for the lifestyle and travel opportunity. Knowing I wanted to be in a customer focused industry I transferred my skills to a career in software sales at a boutique firm selling the likes of Adobe, Magento and HP. I was then approached by a global recruitment firm to work as a technical recruitment consultant and “fell into it” much like 99% of the industry. After learning the ways of a global recruitment business and achieving many milestones to a principal consultant seniority, I decided to continue my career with RWA to broaden my client portfolio across both permanent and contracting solution offerings.

My Role at RWA
I am a 360 consultant here at RWA where I will nurture client and candidate relationships, delivering best practice contract and permanent solutions to all of my clients. I bring with me a specialty in software recruitment and will be leveraging a talent delivery team of 7 who have their individual specialties to best serve the companies I partner with.

About Me
Outside of work you will find me with my fiance and 2-year-old boy, where we spend as much time as possible outdoors exploring New Zealand’s wonders or chilling at a beach. I also frequently enjoy gyming, swimming or relaxing in a sauna / steam room.
