Given my natural connection with people from all walks of life, it was an easy pivot from tech sales to tech recruitment at the start of 2022 as the world around me changed forever.
My first 6-months at RWA was spent learning the ropes, in our Talent Team, sourcing candidates for many great opportunities with our clients. Since then, the training wheels have come off and I stepped into my current role as Client Consultant where I have the pleasure of working with my own clients.
My 10+ years’ experience in tech sales has helped me along the way – utilising my networks, to grow talent pools, and recruit for several of my past employers.
I have found my calling. I am in my happy place.
Role at RWA
As a Client Consultant, I work closely with my clients, our amazing talent team, and all the quality candidates to bring about positive change and deliver great results for all parties involved.
My focus is always on honest conversations, guiding people through the various steps in the recruitment process and sharing market knowledge. At the very heart of it all, my role centers around successfully placing great talent with my clients for a win win solution.
About Me
Being a full-time working mum, much of my spare time is dedicated to making every day a fun filled adventure for my beautiful girl. This is my number one priority in life.
I’m a huge ‘sports nut’ so when I get a chance, I watch ALL of the sports, especially the Warriors (I know, but it might be our year this year)! If I’m lucky I manage to squeeze in great food and enjoy lazy afternoon drinks on the deck with friends. Its either champagne, gin or my favourite Pisco Sour cocktail.
At the end of the day, it’s the simple things I find pleasure in.
