Prior Experience

I have over 10 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, working in both in-house and agency environments. During this time, I have exclusively recruited IT professionals, across a broad range of roles from entry to senior management and am well networked with some of New Zealand’s best talent.

Role at RWA

As Talent Acquisition Specialist at RWA, I am responsible for sourcing and pre-screening qualified professionals with the goal of developing, maintaining and promoting a diversified pool of candidates, available for both contract and permanent positions. I am part of an integrated team placing quality candidates into new roles with our clients. My main focus is on Infrastructure, Applications and Web candidates.

About Me

I migrated to this most beautiful country at the end of 2014. Outside of work, I am passionate about badminton, being a Badminton New Zealand certified Coach. You’ll most likely see me giving training to juniors who want to take up the wonderful game. I am actively involved with community activities through NZTA (New Zealand Telugu Association) and volunteering at Community Fruit Harvesting.
