We are currently seeking a End-to-End Architect to define and drive our client’s end-to-end architecture strategy. You’ll roll up your sleeves—guiding solution delivery, building roadmaps and reference architectures, and ensuring every design aligns with their business goals and digital priorities. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll frame the problem space and translate complex tech and business needs into clear, actionable architectures. What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions. Evaluate architectural options (cost, risk, scalability) and recommend the best fit for over arching new values based strategy. Ensure solutions fit the big picture that are consistent with long-term roadmaps.
- Partner with IT Architecture peers to build and maintain reference artifacts. Translate technical solutions into clear insights for non-technical audiences and vice versa. Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and digital transformation.
- Facilitate workshops to drive alignment across business and technical teams.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional teams on architectural best practices.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong communication - comfortable writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions.
- Deeply versed in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe, etc.) with hands-on experience in complex environments.
- A natural mentor - guiding specialist architects, technical leads, and delivery teams without direct authority.
- Skilled at stakeholder management - you know how to build trust from DevOps to the C-suite.
- Solid experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect, ideally in large-scale transformations or consulting.
- Broad knowledge of IT domains - cloud, infra, data, security, operations - and business domains like sales, service, or digital platforms.
