Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with our clients services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals that highlight the value of our clients IT services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
