The Opportunity
We are working with a number of clients across Central Otago, helping them grow their technical teams with talented Level 1 and Level 2 Systems Engineers. What you’ll be doing
Providing hands-on technical support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud environments.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues for a variety of business clients.
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Windows Desktop/Server).
Assisting with onboarding new clients, setting up devices, and configuring systems.
Monitoring service desk tickets and ensuring issues are managed through to resolution.
Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base resources.
Contributing to system improvements and helping clients get the most out of their IT environments.
What we’re looking for
Level 1 Engineers: 1–2 years’ IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop, or similar).
Level 2 Engineers: 3+ years’ IT support experience.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and general networking.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and customer-focused.
Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A genuine interest in technology and helping people solve problems.
