We're recruiting for our client Skyline, and we need a Systems Engineer / Helpdesk who loves helping people as much as they love technology.
You'll be our digital hero - the friendly face users turn to when systems get quirky. Beyond fixing technical hiccups, you'll build relationships that make our team stronger and more confident with the tools that power our business.
You might be perfect if you:
- Light up when explaining complex ideas in ways that make people go "aha!"
- Have cut your teeth in service desk roles or improving business processes
- Thrive working across different teams, listening to their challenges
- Love variety - from training colleagues to solving puzzles to making things better

You will be travelling to New Zealand for training - and will be travelling to nearby countries (like Singapore and South Korea) to help the teams.
Your typical day? Helping colleagues troubleshoot, collaborating with our IT wizards, creating guides that actually make sense, handling help requests, testing new features, and constantly thinking "how could this work better?"
