We’re looking for a technical consultant/implementation manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving problems hands-on. You’ll be the bridge between our engineering team and customers, ensuring smooth delivery after the sale.
This role suits someone who’s just as comfortable discussing backend systems and integrations as they are building trusted client relationships. You’ll be on client site three days a week, with two days from home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the customer journey post-sale – making sure solutions are implemented smoothly and problems solved quickly.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams
• Be the technical face of the company in New Zealand – ensuring client success while feeding back into product and delivery.
• Handle integrations and technical environments hands-on (AWS, Python, Bash, PowerShell, GoLang or similar).
• Balance autonomy with collaboration – you’ll often be the only person on-site, trusted to represent us professionally.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong software/technical background, ideally with AWS and scripting/programming experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, GoLang or similar).
• Experience liaising between dev teams and clients – able to translate technical needs into practical solutions.
• Customer-facing confidence – someone who builds trust quickly and enjoys solving challenges.
• A startup mindset – proactive, resourceful, and ready to make things happen.
• Bonus if you bring integration or professional services experience.
