We are seeking an experienced Halo ITSM Specialist to support one of New Zealand’s leading MSPs as they transition from Workflowmax, MS Planner, and Zendesk to Halo ITSM. This is a 3-month contract with the potential to make a significant impact during a critical migration phase.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with the setup, configuration, and optimisation of Halo ITSM.
Support implementation across modules, particularly PSA (with exposure to ITSM and CRM beneficial).
Provide guidance and best practices for ticketing, workflows, and system processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
Strong understanding of MSP service delivery environments.
Proven ability to support system migrations and drive adoption of new platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
