The Role

The Opportunity
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale transformation program on an initial 6-month contract. This role is perfect for a hands-on contractor who can drive change, manage stakeholders and deliver business readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change and transition strategies.
  • Lead change activities across impacted business areas.
  • Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Create Business Readiness documentation (technical, operational, people).
  • Facilitate workshops, training and go-live preparation.
  • Manage communications across business units and third parties.
  • Track change progress, risks and issues.
About You
  • Proven Change Manager experience in complex environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident facilitating workshops and delivering training.
  • Structured, proactive and able to work at pace.
  • Immediate/short-notice availability preferred.
