We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
Change Manager to support a large-scale transformation program on an initial
6-month contract. This role is perfect for a hands-on contractor who can drive change, manage stakeholders and deliver business readiness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute change and transition strategies.
- Lead change activities across impacted business areas.
- Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Create Business Readiness documentation (technical, operational, people).
- Facilitate workshops, training and go-live preparation.
- Manage communications across business units and third parties.
- Track change progress, risks and issues.
About You - Proven Change Manager experience in complex environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident facilitating workshops and delivering training.
- Structured, proactive and able to work at pace.
- Immediate/short-notice availability preferred.
