We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering complex business change, technology and transformation initiatives across large-scale programmes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement, requiring a confident analyst who can operate at both detail and executive levels.
You will work across public and private sector environments, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure initiatives are well-defined, benefits-led, and successfully implemented.

You will work across public and private sector environments, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure initiatives are well-defined, benefits-led, and successfully implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across complex transformation and change programmes
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, current/future state processes, and business cases
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder forums across diverse groups
- Support programme and change delivery through impact assessments, readiness activities and implementation planning
- Collaborate with technology, marketing/communications, and operational teams to ensure aligned outcomes
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and contribute to decision-making at programme level
- Ensure customer-focused, value-driven outcomes are embedded in all initiatives
You are a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in enterprise change and transformation. You are confident, decisive, and outcome-focused, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis within large-scale programmes or transformations
- Proven experience across both business and technology change initiatives
- Must have Apra
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Experience working across complex, multi-disciplinary environments
- Excellent facilitation, communication and documentation skills
- A delivery mindset with a strong focus on customer and business value
- Experience in sectors such as financial services, public sector, transport, IT, education, media or marketing/communications (highly regarded)
