The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, New Zealand-owned technology services provider delivering secure, scalable, outcome-focused IT solutions. With a strong go-to-market foundation already in place, the business is now entering its next phase of growth, focused on execution, consistency, and scalable revenue performance.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, close-knit team in a role that combines strategic influence with hands-on sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, progress, and close new business opportunities
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements end-to-end
  • Consistently deliver a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month
  • Strengthen and optimize the existing sales process
  • Coach and support business development resources
  • Refine target segments, value propositions, and service positioning
  • Provide accurate pipeline visibility and commercial insight
  • Collaborate with technical teams to shape Microsoft 365, Azure, on-prem and cyber security-led solutions
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, and customer presentations
Ideal experience includes
  • Proven success in B2B technology or IT services sales
  • Experience selling Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure and/or cyber security solutions
  • Confidence leading complex solution-based sales cycles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation capability
  • A collaborative, structured, and growth-oriented mindset
Success Measures
  • Consistent generation of qualified pipeline
  • $80k MRR in new-logo revenue within 18 months
  • Improved win rates and increased average deal size
  • Strong adoption of sales tools and process discipline
