About the Role
Working closely with project teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will design and deliver engaging learning materials to support system implementations, process changes, and capability uplift. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, learner-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and define objectives.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, videos, guides, and job aids.
• Structure curriculum aligned to adult learning principles.
• Update and improve existing training materials as systems and processes evolve.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy.

About You

• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning—ideally within IT or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and learning design methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
• Experience with LMS platforms, plus basic graphic design and audio/video editing skills.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently.
