About the Opportunity

Wastewater utilities across the world are undergoing rapid digital transformation. Real-time sensors, predictive analytics, and AI are reshaping how networks are managed—reducing pollution events, preventing flooding, and improving operational efficiency.
This role is Victoria Based (Australia) but may require travel across ANZ.

As Customer Success Manager, you will
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new utility clients
  • Act as the key bridge between client operational teams and technical product teams
  • Run workshops and support requirements gathering
  • Ensure customers are continuously realising measurable value
  • Provide feedback that shapes product evolution
  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships across ANZ utilities
This role involves regular engagement with operations, asset management, and executive stakeholders, often with frequent client interaction and travel across the region.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience within wastewater, utilities, environmental services, or related sectors
  • Experience working within or alongside utilities (asset management, modelling, compliance, consulting, operations, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working with technical and operational teams
  • Commercial awareness, without being purely sales-driven
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Existing network across Australian or New Zealand utilities highly advantageous
Machine learning or AI experience is not required—but curiosity and comfort engaging with technology is important.
