We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst for an
initial 6-month contract, with potential to extend, working within a large enterprise environment.
This role will focus on analysing and optimising an existing Salesforce platform. You will lead discovery with key stakeholders, review the current configuration and data structures, and provide recommendations that support future platform scalability. The engagement will deliver a
structured proof of concept, along with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support future implementation.
Key Responsibilities - Facilitate discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders
- Analyse existing Salesforce processes, configuration, and system behaviour
- Review data models and assess data quality impacts
- Identify opportunities to optimise and refine the platform
- Assess integration impacts, including API-led integrations
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Provide technical business analysis across Salesforce components
- Produce clear documentation and recommendations
Skills & Experience - Proven experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, platform capabilities, and data architecture
- Experience working on API-led integration initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear documentation
