We’re looking for a BI & AI Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of business intelligence and AI initiatives, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. This would be based out of Christchurch and would need to be onsite three days per week.

In this role, you’ll help shape and prioritise demand, translate business needs into delivery-ready work, and ensure BI and AI projects are delivered effectively. You’ll coordinate across teams, manage dependencies and risks, and help establish clear delivery plans so teams can focus on building high-quality data and AI solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading delivery across BI, data, or AI initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering skills
• Understanding of modern data platforms and analytics tools (Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Azure, DevOps)
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage delivery priorities

Again, this is role would be based out of Christchurch and would need to be onsite three days per week. We will only consider candidates outside of Christchurch if you are willing to stay in the location for the duration of the contract.
