Senior Delivery Lead – AI & Data Programme (12-Month Contract)
We’re working with a large enterprise delivering a high-impact AI and data transformation focused on real commercial outcomes. AI is being embedded into core products, decisions, and operations—this is delivery at pace, not experimentation.
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to drive delivery across a critical platform and operations portfolio spanning AWS, Salesforce, low-code tools, and AI-driven capabilities.
The Role
You’ll lead delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives, including:

• AI platform builds and automation (agent-based tooling)
• Co-build delivery with AWS
• AI Ops and platform instrumentation
• Supporting data pipelines where required

This role is hands-on and highly collaborative. You’ll bring structure, momentum, and leadership, uplifting team performance while acting as a trusted right hand to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience as a Senior Delivery Lead in complex environments
• Exposure to cloud (AWS), SaaS platforms, and data/AI programmes
• Ability to work close to the technology, not just governance
• Proven track record of lifting team performance and delivery outcomes
• Strong Agile delivery capability across Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
