The Opportunity
The Role:
As a Senior Embedded Developer, you’ll take ownership across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design through to implementation, development, debugging, validation, and customer delivery. You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping the team navigate technical challenges while remaining heavily involved in hands-on engineering work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality embedded software solutions in C for wireless connectivity products
  • Work across WiFi and Bluetooth stack integration and optimisation
  • Lead technical problem solving and contribute to complex customer-facing projects
  • Participate in debugging, validation, testing, and continuous improvement activities
  • Support customer meetings, demos, and technical discussions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability growth
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership on reusable technical assets and best practices
  • Follow structured engineering, QA, and testing processes to ensure high-quality delivery
Must-Have Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a reputable product-based environment
  • Strong embedded software development experience using C
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies and connectivity protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced demo or prototype delivery environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Qualcomm audio protocols
  • Python scripting for validation and testing
  • Exposure to Flutter mobile application development
  • Hardware design or electronics experience
  • Strong QA and structured testing capability
