We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major website refresh programme for a well-known national brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile digital transformation project, working closely with internal stakeholders and an external delivery partner to ensure a successful end-to-end implementation.

About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete website refresh programme, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the external development team while driving governance, testing, communications, and project outcomes.

This role requires a hands-on contractor who can quickly establish momentum, manage competing priorities, and confidently navigate a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of a large-scale website refresh programme
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Own and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process from planning through to sign-off
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the external delivery partner
• Facilitate project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure project milestones are achieved and business objectives are met
• Drive collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering digital, web, or customer-facing technology projects
• Strong contract Project Management experience within complex environments
• Demonstrated expertise managing UAT activities and business readiness processes
• Experience working with outsourced development or vendor delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
• The ability to hit the ground running and deliver results with minimal supervision
