We’re partnering with our client to recruit a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager for a varied business and technology delivery role.
This role is weighted approximately 60% Business Analysis and 40% Project Management.
You’ll lead the BA piece across requirements, process, documentation and stakeholder engagement, while stepping into PM responsibilities when required to support planning, delivery tracking, risks, issues and project outcomes.
While the work sits within a technology environment, this is not a deeply technical BA role. You’ll work alongside a Senior Technical BA who will support the technical lens.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation
- Facilitate workshops with business and delivery stakeholders
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and workflows
- Work with a Senior Technical BA to ensure requirements are technically understood
- Step into PM responsibilities across active workstreams when needed
- Support planning, reporting, RAID management, testing, go-live and handover
- Manage stakeholder communication, priorities, risks and dependencies
- Mentor and support a junior BA
- 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience
- Experience supporting or leading project delivery
- Strong process mapping, documentation and facilitation skills
- Confidence working across business, technical and vendor stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or MS Project
- A pragmatic, organised and documentation-led approach
