About the opportunity

Skyline is establishing a Group Insights capability to improve the quality, speed and confidence of data-led decision-making. This role will connect business needs, insight generation and technical delivery, helping eight business units work from trusted information and common measures.

• Establish a single source of truth through common KPIs, business definitions and reporting standards.
• Develop a transparent capability roadmap and prioritise the highest-value reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with Data Engineering on trusted pipelines while owning the semantic model that translates data into business-ready insights.
• Lead direct reports and influence teams across Skyline to build data literacy, self-service reporting and insights adoption.

What you will bring

• Proven technical and functional leadership across data management, analytics, reporting or business intelligence.
• Strong experience with semantic modelling, KPI frameworks, data governance and business-ready datasets.
• Confidence to challenge, influence and partner with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience operating across complex or multi-business environments and prioritising competing demands.
• A practical, commercially minded approach that balances quick wins with long-term capability building.
