The Role
An opportunity to join a well-established IT services provider as a client-facing Infrastructure Systems Engineer, supporting a diverse customer base.
This role combines hands-on technical support, project delivery, and strategic input, helping clients maintain, improve, and evolve their IT environments.
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, proactively support their infrastructure, and contribute to ongoing technology planning and improvements.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, proactively support their infrastructure, and contribute to ongoing technology planning and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support and maintenance across client IT environments
- Deliver high-quality ICT support across infrastructure, systems, and end-user environments
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of IT projects across multiple customers
- Review and recommend improvements to client technology environments
- Contribute to technology roadmaps aligned to business outcomes
- Proven experience in a Systems Engineer or IT service delivery role
- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to the design and delivery of IT projects
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach
- Full driver’s licence required
- Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server)
- Microsoft Modern Workplace / M365
- Desktop and laptop deployment and support
- Networking (LAN/WAN, switching, routing)
- Virtualisation and cloud technologies
- Messaging, security, and firewall concepts
- Hybrid environment with flexibility to work from home
- Expectation to be in the office regularly and available for client engagement when required
