We're looking for a hands-on implementation professional to lead the global rollout of a new enterprise POS and ticketing platform across a series of international visitor attractions. This is a role for someone who thrives in live environments, loves the buzz of a go-live, and isn't fazed by a boarding pass or two.
  
Note: this role is preferred to be Queenstown based, and will be travelling internationally extensively. Please take that into consideration before applying. 
  

What you'll be doing

• Leading onsite go-lives across the international rollout — you'll be the person on the ground making it happen
• Travelling ahead of each deployment to get sites ready — access checks, training coordination, process walkthroughs, config validation
• Acting as the central coordination point between vendors, integration partners, and local operational teams during deployment
• Managing hypercare periods post-launch — triaging issues, supporting stabilisation, keeping early trading running smoothly
• Between deployments: refining the rollout playbook, capturing lessons learned, and preparing the next site

  
What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations or go-lives in operational settings
• Hands-on experience with site readiness, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Comfort working directly with frontline teams during high-pressure deployments — calm head, practical mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across vendor, operational, and project team audiences
• Genuine willingness to travel extensively — this role involves significant international deployment time
