- Deliver high-quality business analysis across lending and CCCFA workstreams
- Define business requirements, assess impacts, and develop practical solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of objectives
- Support regulatory and compliance initiatives within the lending domain
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure best practice analysis standards are maintained
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of regulatory, CCCFA, or lending-related processes
- Ability to work autonomously in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
- Full-time contract through to 30 June 2026
