Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Design and maintain the organization's architectural capability roadmaps and blueprints to support business transformation.
- Governance Leadership: Chair technical forums to ensure design consistency and alignment across all projects without creating bottlenecks.
- Core Systems Oversight: Provide expert guidance on the architecture of mission-critical platforms, including Asset Management, Geospatial systems (GIS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Innovation & Data: Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning by establishing strong data management foundations.
- IT/OT Convergence: Lead the integration of corporate digital systems with operational technology (OT/SCADA) to create a seamless, resilient network.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to the executive team and external vendors, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Senior Experience: You bring approximately a decade of experience in architecture, ideally within heavy industry, utilities, or complex asset-intensive environments.
- Technical Breadth: You possess deep expertise across the full technology stack, including integration platforms, data architecture, and operational technologies.
- Security & Standards: You have a solid grasp of modern cybersecurity frameworks and industry-standard architectural practices.
- Communication Mastery: You are an articulate communicator who can simplify the complex, allowing you to influence C-suite decisions and guide delivery teams effectively.
- Collaborative Approach: You are humble yet confident, known for building relationships and fostering trust rather than relying solely on authority.
