We’re seeking an experienced IP DevOps Engineer to join our client’s high-performing team on a contract running through to March 2026. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and operating critical IP platforms that drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a complex environment.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver scalable, cost-effective network solutions aligned to architecture and operational requirements.
• Manage platform capacity, lifecycle, and performance to ensure optimal uptime.
• Implement network changes with strong quality and testing discipline.
• Develop automation and process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Support 24x7 operations, including participation in on-call rosters.

What you’ll bring

• Strong background in IP networking and DevOps practices.
• Expertise across MPLS, BGP, Ethernet, SDN, QoS, Security and Firewalls.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in large or complex ICT environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
